Basic Delivery with Set Up
This is food and/or non alcoholic beverages delivered and set up in your home, office, or venue, with paper plates, napkins, serving utensils, all disposable. No heaters. Delivery fees may apply.
Basic Full Service
A full-service event means everything is included, from delivery of food, set up in heated chafers, chilled platters and bowls, with serving utensils, paper plates, plastic cutlery, napkins, and simple décor. An attendant is provided any time our heated chafing dishes are being used. Our servers maintain the food, clean up, and tear down at its conclusion. Set up fees apply.
Elegant Full Service
Full artistic set up, including florals, chafing dishes, china, stainless cutlery, linen napkins, chafing dishes, glassware, menu cards, and attendants. Set up fees and china upgrade apply.
Heavy hors d’oeuvres
This is a term used by many clients, yet very misunderstood. Individual bites are offered on decorated stations and butler passed on elegant trays. It is not a never-ending supply, there are a set amount of food pieces premade. We usually recommend 2-3 pieces of each selection per guest, with 5-8 different types of food to please every palate. For example, let’s cater a party of 25 at the minimum suggestion, it would be 250 pieces. Platters are measured differently, based on guest servings. It is extremely time consuming for your chefs to create each and every artistically made hors d’oeuvre, driving the cost much higher than most clients expect.
Buffet service
Recommended for larger groups. It can be one sided or two, depending upon the amount of guests and the time frame allotted for the dinner part of the event.
Live Chef Stations
Provide a fun, interactive way of getting your group up and mingling.
